An exclusive accommodation, just 400 meters from Palm Beach and Waiheke Island's only “clothing optional” beach (Little Palm Beach).

Your home away from home sits high atop the rolling hills of Palm Beach with exquisite views from each room. The private deck, spa-pool and lawn are there for your enjoyment. You are also invited to walk around the grounds to the owner's area for use of the swimming pool.

As you arrive and slide open the doors you will immediately feel welcomed by the scent of fresh flowers placed in your living room & bath. You will also find a hand-crafted basket stocked with local olive oil, bread, a seasonal spread and of course, a bottle of Waiheke wine.

Your kitchen will have all the necessary provisions to get you started on your day: cereal, coffee, tea, milk and jam. As well as all the crockery for making meals, if you are so inclined. Although with the plethora of restaurants the only thing I would be making is … reservations!

And because it is so much easier to travel to and from Waiheke Island without bringing a car, if you book for 3 nights or more, we will give you full use of a Mercedes-Benz SMARTfortwo Cabriolet* during your stay with us.
